ほんまぁ？ (honma?)
Really? (doubtful)
ほんまかいな* (honmakaina)
Really!
ほんまやでぇ！ (honmayade!)
*かいな indictates a rhetorical question, and it can be used if a statement is doubtful such as:ほんなこと、あるかいな! No way (that can be true)!
