KANSAI — Every year, hundreds of museums and art galleries throughout Kansai offer free admission for two days in celebration of Bunka no Hi – Culture Day. This year, some 500 places will be taking part over the weekend of Nov 16–17. It’s worth checking with the venues what’s on before you go, and go early as the crowds will surely build.
