Star-crossed tofu cookery

NISHINOMIYA — Celebrate the traditional Japanese star festival, tanabata, on Sunday July 7 by learning how to cook some yummy tofu dishes. Nishinomiya International Association (NIA) is holding the class for a maximum of 20 people. You’ll learn how to prepare six different dishes including tofu skin (yuba) alongside friendly NIA volunteers. Eat what you cook as a reward! The class costs ¥800 and begins at 10.15am.
